This past season, I had the pleasure of sponsoring Marin Theatre Company’s Spring Soiree, hosted at The Outdoor Art Club in Mill Valley, CA. The event brought together art lovers and the local community to celebrate the announcement of MTC’s 24/25 season, while honoring renowned playwright Lauren Gunderson for her extraordinary contributions to the theatre.
With around 100 attendees, the atmosphere was an elegant blend of artistry and generosity. The highlight of the evening was the live auction, which raised essential funds for the theatre’s future. I had the honor of capturing these moments, including candid shots of attendees and the emotional speeches that filled the room.
In addition to event photography, I provided a photo booth complete with a spring floral backdrop, which became an instant hit. Guests eagerly posed for fun, lively portraits that captured the evening’s vibrant spirit. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with both organizers and guests raving about the quality of the images and the overall experience the photo booth added to the evening.
It was a privilege to contribute to this memorable night, combining my passion for photography with support for a community-driven organization that has meant so much to the arts in Mill Valley
