Georgia State University offers a unique set of immersive programs that allow students to connect with professionals in a varying number of fields, and gather a depth of knowledge and connections as they make plans ahead of graduation. This year I was the Silicon Valley cohort’s photographer and documented their experiences in and around the San Francisco Bay Area. The trip began with an evening with GSU alumni, where students had the opporunity to connect with industry professionals and GSU’s President, Brian Blake. The trip finished with a tour of Mountain View’s Googleplex, and a resume review session with seasoned Googlers.
