HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN YOU PHOTOGRAPH IN A HEADSHOT BOOTH?
On average, we can photograph around 30 people per hour in a headshot booth, though this number can vary depending on factors like session length and client preferences. Quick, efficient sessions with minimal retakes allow for a faster pace, while more personalized setups or extra time for each individual may reduce the total number. Additionally, pre-scheduling and proper coordination with attendees can help ensure a smooth workflow and maximize the number of people photographed. If you’re expecting a large group or have specific timing needs, we can discuss options to best fit your event.
IS RETOUCHING A NECESSARY ADD-ON?
If the purpose of your Headshot Booth is to add value to your tradeshow display or event, it’s likely not necessary. We use state of the art lighting and equipment, combined with over a decade’s worth of expertise on pose coaching, that we’ll have your attendees looking their best.
If the booth’s purpose if to update your company website or employee directory, then retouching is definitely worth considering. Have your employees put their best face forward when reaching out to vendors, clients, and prospects.
HOW DOES INSTANT IMAGE DELIVERY WORK?
Your guests can register in advance via our event link, or onsite via QR code or kiosk. Our process includes guests taking a quick selfie, and our propreitary software then loads each guests’ images into a private, branded gallery within seconds after stepping our of the booth. Attendees will be stunned at the turnaround time, and grateful to you as they update their LinkedIn!

Our custom scheduling solution is perfect for Executives and VIPs. Guests can schedule their slot ahead of time via our custom portal, then make their way to the front of the line on the day of the event. This add-on includes reminders, and the ability to reschedule as needed.
